Carey-Lee Dixon enjoys using her passion for helping others to grow to design purpose-filled lives and careers. She isn’t afraid to dream big and believes in living a limitless purposeful life where personal growth, career advancement, women empowerment and technology innovation are passions of hers.

In 2012, Carey-Lee founded and introduced For Women to Women which grew from being a blog into a digital resources platform and community designed for career-oriented and entrepreneurial 20-30-something-year-old women. For Women to Women bridges the gap between access, resources, and opportunities by offering curated events and a platform that connects like-minded women to build their networks.

Having seen and experienced the benefits of bonding aligning herself with like-minded women, Carey-Lee hopes women will glean from the mission of For Women to Women as she fosters a culture for women to enhance the lives of each other – by exposing women to tools for growth while presenting refreshingly, raw and honest conversations; and shared life experiences and lessons.

She has built an engaging offline community through the execution of social gatherings, Mentor Gatherings and Empowerment Brunch. Carey-Lee is currently expanding her digital platform to connect women to social and economic opportunities to include scholarships, training and mentorship to help enhance their knowledge.

She has been named Women’s Entrepreneur Day, Jamaica Youth Ambassador for 2015, Emerging Entrepreneur for the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative 2017 and Women Economic Forum 2017 Advisory Council Member for Driving the Future through Personal Leadership.

Carey-Lee holds a Bachelor's Degree in Surveying and Geographic Information Sciences from the University of Technology, Jamaica. She’s currently integrating her design skills and passion for technology to advance her knowledge in Innovation Management.
